Arlo is a leader in smart home security, offering everything from cameras to full security systems designed to protect what matters most. The assignment focused on elevating the brand's visual presence, reimagining the e-commerce experience, developing campaigns, and supporting the email program to create a more unified and simplified customer journey.
The goal was to build a super-premium aesthetic that matched Arlo’s advanced product offering and helped the brand stand out in a competitive space dominated by larger players. Beyond design, the work also helped shift Arlo’s position from a company known for standalone cameras to a full family security brand, expanding into subscription services and whole-home protection.
The result was a smarter, more sophisticated brand presence built to lead in the modern home security market.
